The Rutland Hotel is well placed for the city centre, university and hospitals but enjoys a relatively quiet location. Widely known as the friendliest hotel in Sheffield, which has undergone a 1 million refurbishment in 2005.
During refurbishment in 2005, the hotel has retained the original Victorian charm and character. We are only 1 mile from the city, with free car parking and cctv. We offer dining in the restaurant / conservatory, offering locally sourced food, and also 'Lite Bites' in our new bar area which has a plasma screen. We are also within walking distance to all Sheffield university faculties, Sheffield Hallam's collegiate Campus, the Royal Hallamshire and Sheffield Children's hospitals.
